SHIPPING: Shipping charges are calculated as close to actual cost as possible, there is usually no handling fee. Our merchandise is shipped insured USPS unless unusually large, those items to large to mail will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex (we are not responsible for damage or loss once merchandise is shipped) but we will gladly file the claim if such damage or loss does occur. Some items will require special packaging and all shipping costs or duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser (unless other wise stated). We will disclose total shipping fee before purchase is finalized.
We ship to the the Continental US and Canada (duty fees, if any are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and we do not have knowledge or advise regarding such fees).
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing. Any order canceled after that will incur a 2% processing fee.
MAIL ORDER RETURNS/ EXCHANGES: We want our clients to be happy with purchases and be return customers; however, SOME ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE/ EXCHANGEABLE in order to protect the integrity of the handmade items and certain gemstones. When items are not returnable/ exchangeable we will state so in the item description. Please feel free to ask questions regarding merchandise. All other items will be returnable with the exception of any ‘food items’ which are not returnable/ exchangeable. There will be a 20% restock fee on hand-carved items returned or exchanged. Packaged items such as puzzles, CDs, etc. must remain unopened. All shipping fees for return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping cost will be charged on returned items that are marked as SHIPPING FREE items. Items must be returned in original condition and sole discretion regarding condition is left to Our Wickiup. Please notify and us of your desire to return any item(s)before shipping them back, returns must be received by Our Wickiup within fifteen days of delivery to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to insure returns as we will not be responsible for lost parcels.
IN STORE PURCHASES (Purchases made in person at our retail location): Please be happy with your purchase, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
